Tomato & Scotch Bonnet Sauce

The blend of tomato and scotch bonnet chillies gives this sauce a superbly rounded flavour. First you taste the tomato and then, gradually comes the distinctive flavour and heat of the scotch bonnets. It's not quite as brutal as our "Old Nick's" Scotch Bonnet Sauce but is rapidly becoming a favourite with chilli fanatics.

Chris, Your Tomato & Scotch Bonnet Sauce is simply astounding!! I went to the Farmers Market at Secrett's Farm Milford today and before leaving went
in to their shop. I wasn't looking for anything in particular but your sauce caught my eye (I think I liked the name "St. John & Dolly Smith" and the
labelling) so thought "what the hell" and bought a bottle. Having dipped my finger in the bottle first I decided it would be perfect with some of the
products I had bought at the market.I am writing this having just consumed a sandwich of crusty Pain de Compagne spread with your sauce and filled
with a very strong cheddar - a totally stunning taste combination which justifies the beers I had to drink to put the fire out!rnrnI have never heard
of your products before today but having tried your fabulous sauce and perused your great website I intend to try each and every one of your
products.rnrnI guess I could buy from your website (as Secrett's Farm is a bit of a schlep) but would be happy to hear if you ever get a supplier on
