Shipping policy

We use strong, double wall boxes which are made specifically for our products to minimise the risk of damage whilst in transit. Dividers made from the same strong material means each bottle or jar is in a separate cell and has maximum protection.

Because our products are in glass and not plastic, there is a slight risk of breakage. If damage does occur, we will consider replacing the broken item/s. This does not include damage such as a label soiled by oil leaking. Only broken items will be replaced.

You will need to send me, by email, digital photos of the breakages AND the packaging.

If I am out of the country when such damage occurs, I will make every effort to have the damaged items replaced by one of my stockists, providing they have the product in stock. If this is not possible, I will replace the item upon my return to the UK.
