My Brinjal Pickle won the "Best Medium Hot Food" category at the National Chilli Awards 2008.

If you are a fan of Indian food, you will love this pickle. It is medium hot and, like many Asian pickles of this type, is intended to be eaten with curries, but it is also delicious in a cheese or cold meat sandwich, jacket potatoes, and even as a marinade. It's a firm favourite that all the family will love.

Dreamy

Been buying this divine brinjal pickle for around 15 years & will never tire of it. It’s the perfect thing to make pretty much anything taste delicious, but with cheese it’s just perfection.

Thank you Rowenna. 15 years a loyal customer. I am grateful for your continued support and long may you continue to enjoy this delicious pickle.

Bee's knees - eat it!

One of my favorite Indian pickles for decades. It is thick, sweet and spicy. I'm not sure how it's traditionally used, but it I like to eat it with a good cheddar.

Hi Ksenia,
Thank you very much for your review. Most Indian style pickles are usually eaten as an accompaniment to your meal, curry dishes predominently, but it doesn't come with a rule book. :) You can eat it with hard cheeses, curries or even on its own in a sandwich. Some people have used it as a marinade, so it really is quite versatile.
Enjoy it in any way that you like and long may you continue to do so.
