As the name suggests, this is a chilli sauce which is both sweet and hot. It is absolutely delicious with fish cakes or any with any food that you would usually use a sweet Thai chilli sauce.

Our "Sweet 'n' Hot" Chilli Sauce is made with red or orange Birds Eye Chillies and contains the entire chilli except for the stalks which are removed by hand.

• After opening, refrigeration is optional. It is not essential.
