As the name suggests, this is a chilli sauce which is both sweet and hot. It is absolutely delicious with fish cakes or any with any food that you would usually use a sweet Thai chilli sauce.

Our "Sweet 'n' Hot" Chilli Sauce is made with red or orange Birds Eye Chillies and contains the entire chilli except for the stalks which are removed by hand. 

  • No artificial colouring
  • No artificial preservatives
  • Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
  • Contains no dairy.
  • After opening, refrigeration is optional. It is not essential.

    Absolutely Delicious

    What an absolutely delicious sauce. Enough heat to not be 'Stupidly hot' yet also the most beautiful flavour. My wife and I enjoy this sauce so much that we always have a bottle in our store cupboard.
